Born on October 16, 1969, in Southern California, Richard has been married to his high school sweetheart, Sylvia, for over 30 years. Together, they have four children and three grandchildren: Emma, Jaxson, and Riley. Richard embarked on his real estate career early, obtaining his license in 1988 in California.
